Better exercise well and be physically ready, Xyza Espitritu is going to teach you how to enjoy studying. This 29 year-old teacher is living young NOT wild but FREE, she is well known to be one of the most friendliest teacher in the campus of STI College Calamba.
The Climb
Xyza Espiritu started teaching at STI College Calamba on June 2015 , She’s teaching a subject of Physical Education for both College and Senior High School. If you ask her if she is having any difficulty on teaching P.E? well, her answer is “No, because I find it fun, challenging and aside from it teaching is my passion.” cool right?
Many students are her friends she said it was good having many students as her close friends but you can never avoid the negative thoughts from others. How does she handle the negative feedbacks? “In a professional manner and I just take it positively.” She said. She is also the adviser of the popular organization called MASHED. It is an organization about enhancing the students talents and to find what’s their hidden talent for them to excel in different form of arts. Many of students wonder how she balance the stress from teaching and handling the organization. She simply said “Time management and willingness to help the students by developing their skills and talent.” Confidently enough to answer, that the person who motivates her is herself. She is willing to teach longer and also willing to inspire more students as long as they need her.
To all the students out there, Ma’am Xyza Espiritu would like to give you an inspirational advice for you to stay motivated on studying.
